All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Videos

• Via our website, you may obtain personalized videos (“Mercy Mercantile Videos”) from enrollees, beneficiaries, & others in our program (each, an “Enrollee”). You may submit a request to an Enrollee for a Mercy Mercantile Video that is personalized for you or a third-party that you identify as a recipient (“Recipient”)
• You acknowledge and agree that the Enrollee has sole discretion to determine how to complete your video request & that the the video created may not be exactly as you requested. We reserve the right to reject any request in our sole discretion. The Enrollee has up to seven days or longer (at our sole discretion) to fulfill or decline your request.
• Enrollees may provide the option to request a Mercy Mercantile Video to be completed within 24 hours. If such a request is not completed within the aforementioned timeframe, Mercy Mercantile may at its sole discretion either (i) issue a refund or credit for the entire booking or (ii) convert the booking to a standard request and issue a refund or credit for the difference in cost between the original booking and the cost of a standard request.
• Mercy Mercantile Videos are licensed but are not sold. As a Mercy Mercantile customer you are buying the right / license to use it, and not the actual video itself.
• The Enrollee grants to you the following limited rights to use the Mercy Mercantile Video solely for your own personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes, subject to these Terms: a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, sublicensable, revocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display that Mercy Mercantile Video, in any and all media.
• You may not sell, resell, commercialize and Mercy Mercantile video, except as agreed to by Mercy Mercantile in advance in writing. You may sublicense your rights in a Mercy Mercantile Video only by sharing it with friends, employees, or clients on a social media platform or sending it to a Recipient for personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes.
• We may terminate all or part of the aforementioned licenses at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to remove a Mercy Mercantile Video from our website at any time for any reason without any notice to you.

Comments & Reviews

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Mercy Mercantile, LLC does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments and Reviews prior to their presence on the website. Comments and Reviews do not reflect the views and opinions of Mercy Mercantile, LLC, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments and Reviews reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions.
